Early in the game, I started having button mapping trouble with RetroArch when using PS1 games (PCSX ReARMed). Easily 5 stars, though if the personal issues I mentioned are unrelatable to you. I have a retroid pocket 2, using DIG as my front end, and for the most part, it’s pretty good.
#ANDROID DIG GAME FRONTEND UPGRADE#
I will upgrade it to 5 stars once the issues with certain emulators that I'm using are resolve and I manage to recover and reorganize my library back to what it is used to be which I don't feel like doing anytime soon. Sigh, what a mess, I can't help but to give it a 3 stars for now.
#ANDROID DIG GAME FRONTEND UPDATE#
The update also ruined my box art collection which I painstakingly downloaded one-by-one. Some emulators which used to run with this tool are currently failing to show. HOWEVER, the latest update had been a disaster for me so far. It helps you organize your roms and isos library, so even if you have no permission issues with your favorite emulators, this is still a very handy, convenient, and effective tool to have for any mobile emulator enthusiasts. This (is) was a nice, free, little emulator utility app that let's you access and run old emulator versions that have yet to update to the latest Android change which inhibits the apps' access to the SD storage. The scrapper is legit too! I've got more to say but running out of space. I was happy to find the customization options with the UI. I don't know if Dig stand for anything but turns out it's a cooler name than the other frontends I've used. It instantly brought a smile to my face when I opened the app. First of all, the icon is pretty great once you get to the main menu. If you want to heighten your experience using your fire tv, you only need to get one of the best emulators for fire tv. I thought the icon was dumb looking, it didn't have a cool name and the screenshots looked kind of bad. There are many things you can do with your fire tv, such as streaming, gaming, watching your favorites TV shows, listening to music, etc.

First impressions were not all that good. I then tried another frontend that I had used in the past and it failed to even recognize any roms. The settings button is located at the bottom so once I (assume) overloaded it with a few hundred roms I could never get back down to fix anything. I couldn't scroll down to the bottom of the list before it would take me to the top. I installed the main one I use on Android TV on my new phone and it performed badly. Buggy somewhat but they still get the job done. I love Dig! I have used a couple of other frontends on my Shield TV and they are okay.
